My groceries tried to escape!

After leaving the store my ‘Door Ajar’ light came on all of a sudden. I was sure I had closed the trunk properly, but when I pulled over to look it was not latched. I guess my groceries rolled around, hooked the handle of the bag on the glow-in-the-dark interior trunk release and pulled it hard enough to pop the latch.
